▸Soft rendered composition with a fullbody and a close-up version of the character with a light background.| DETAILS |You would give me complete freedom to composition, lighting, and ambiance. Give me your character details and personality, I'll interpret. Outfits can be changed a bit to fit better the composition.| ADD-ON |Up to 2 characters.
Add +100% of the price for the second character. By commissioning me or us, you agree to our TOS. We cannot be held responsible for issues that are already stated in the rules.

▸ Reselling the design/model without prior contact is not authorized. Additional fees may apply.

▸On Vgen (credit card or Paypal here)| ARTS AND RIGGING COMMISSIONS |▸Regardless of if 50-50% or upfront payments are chosen, full payment must be made prior to the start of the project.
▸A 5% non-refundable deposit is required if you choose to pay full at your turn.

| PRIORITY FEES |You may ask to get priority for your drawing with a rush fee of +100% of the commission price for project that need to be delivered less than two months from actual project start.| PRIVACY FEES |15% of the total commission price.| VGEN FEES |If you commission via Vgen, add 10% fees to the total price.| OTHER FEES |Once we have confirmed everything (pricing, information...), to book your slot, you will have to pay a 5% non-refundable deposit (it will be deduced from final pricing of course.)

▸Nyanshua can reserves the right to refuse any project.
▸It is preferable if Nyanshua can have contact with the artist, but if it's not possible, you are responsible for contacting the artist and acquiring the art revision (cutting and processing).
▸If the artist is unable to make the necessary changes, Nyanshua can modify the PSD file of the model with the permission of the artist for an additional charge.

Additional corrections may result in additional charges (begins to 5% of the total price model) or can be denied.▸Revisions requests after this one week period will be considered as an upgraded project and will be made at a later date.▸Nyanshua will charge additional fees or can denied the modification if they being asked to rig in a different style than they actually do (face angles, body moves etc.) or if the client ask for really nitpicky things.

▸VTS settings, toggles, animations will be set up.

| REGULAR ART / SURPRISE ME! COMMISSIONS |▸Personal use only unless stated otherwise. Fees will be applied for commercial commissions.| VTUBER MODELS |▸Commercial use included: for streaming / branding / advertising / use in videos.

| REGULAR ART COMMISSIONS |▸Commissions will be all, if I wish to, posted in my social medias with your username watermarked on it, after I've delivered the final file. If you want your commission to be private this must be discussed / stated beforehand.| VTUBER MODELS |▸You must credit Wanilmith and Nyanshua clearly on your Twitter bio / Twitch. You can state Wani as mama or model artist, as you want, and Nyanshua as rigger artist / rigger / papa / mama.▸Commissions will be all posted / showcased in Wani's social medias with your username watermarked on it. Wani and Shua can post WIP and show the work anytime.▸For either regular commissions / VTuber Models, your commission could be streamed on Wani's Twitch channel. Please state it if you do not wish Wani / Nyanshua to stream your commission (+15% privacy fee will be applied if no WIP / stream allowed).

▸Communication can be made via Twitter DMs, email address. It's also possible via discord messages if the two previous options are not possible for you.
If you order via Vgen, communication is done there.▸Please check our Trello to see our workload / availability at anytime.▸If you're an agency, company, business, or anything commercial related, please contact me on my e-mail.
